Additional Info

Move-in date: Any time between January 9 and February 9.
Contract valid until September 9, with the option to discuss an extension with the agent
For students, you must either provide evidence of a scholarship or pay six months upfront
For professionals, you will be the only one paying council tax (25% discount applied) and must provide evidence of monthly income
