Spacious, bright double ensuite room available in a 2 bed flat centrally located near Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe and Borough Market. The room has a large window, 2 big wardrobes, 1 of them belongs to current flatmate she might sell it to the person replacing her but its tbc.

About the flat:
The flat is bright and welcoming, filled with natural light throughout the day thanks to it's large windows all around. It has an open-plan living room and kitchen with small dining area. There is also a small balcony.

The area is incredibly convenient, lively and central. London Bridge, Southwark and Borough Tube stations are a 10min walk or less.

I’ve been living here for 3 years—I absolutely love both the flat and the location!

A bit about me:
I’m a professional female working in Digital Marketing and work from home 3 days a week. Outside work I like trying different activities such as improv, theatre classes, spinning. I’m easy-going, tidy and enjoy having a chat, but I also value and respect personal space and privacy. I’d love to live with someone who feels the same, so we can create a comfortable and friendly environment together.

I’m looking for:
A friendly, tidy, and respectful (ideally) female professional to share this lovely flat.

Move-in date: April. I’m looking to find someone as soon as possible for the April move-in date. Considering the fantastic location and reasonable rent, this will go quickly, so if you’re interested, don’t hesitate to message me!

Thames Water: £162 per year
Broadband: £25 per month
Electricity/Gas: Seasonal, ranging from £38–£90 per month (e. g., £65 in December).
