Central Ensuite Student Room

Student Accommodation located in the heart of London. I'm currently looking for a 【student】to replace my tenancy at the Manna Ash House. This will start from 【1, May】to 【18, August】.

The room is an ensuite, with a big shared kitchen between 5 other people. Your flatmates will be very kind and they will be 【quiet】 during break time. The kitchen is also 【spacious】. We always keep it 【super clean & tidy】. The kitchen would not be crowded since the flatmate hardly cook.

The room includes a 【small double bed】 with storage space underneath, 4 drawers, shelving near the entrance, a study desk with a drawer and storage space underneath, a large corner shelf and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes【 a sink, a toilet and shower cabin】.

The room itself has also been kept in very great condition and taken care of.

The room also includes 【free Wi-fi】. There is a shared laundry room and common room for the accommodation building. The apartment offer 【24/7 security】and you can pick your 【package】 in the reception with your ID so it will not be stolen. You have to use your key to【verify 3 times to enter】 your room so it's pretty 【safe】.

There are also 【multiple stores】 (Sainsbury's in 1min, Tesco, Oseyo, M&S, boots pharmacy in 7min, waitrose in 10min) and banks(Lloyds Bank, HSBC in 18min)and coffee shops, bars, places to eat near the apartment in a walking distance.

The room is a 9 minute walk to 【Waterloo tube station】which hosts the Jubilee line, Northern, Bakerloo and the Waterloo and City line. There are also overground 【trains】 and services from the main Waterloo Station. This allows easy access across London especially 【Gatwick airport, Heathrow Airport】 . The station also has numerous places to eat . The room is also 4min to 【southwark tube station】.

Also，the room is 25min walk to 【KCL 】strand campus.

The contract is 【£369 a week, with bills included】.
The tenancy replacement is done 【officially through Sanctuary Student】 so please message me for details.
