Hello! I’m moving out of my lovely flat and need a replacement for my room, this is a great place if you’re looking for a place to stay over the summer near central London!

✨15 minute walk to Bermondsey Street (my favourite place)
✨15 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle or London Bridge Station
✨Excellent transport links - bus stops right outside, direct links to central London
✨20 minute walk to Kennington
✨Directly opposite big tesco!

Rent is currently £700 for the room, paid directly to the landlord. This will be a tenancy swap until the end of the contract in September.

Bills are usually about £100.
You’d be living with two lovely girls,
Zula, Polish and a musician!
Lucia, Spanish and a teacher!
Both girls are also looking to move in the next few months so if you know some friends will be looking for a place soon the whole flat could be yours.

Move in date is the 15th May but can be earlier if needed, I’m flexible :)
