Double Room in Great Location near London Bridge!

We have a Double room coming available in our flat on the 8th ofMay. The location is fantastic, just off Tower Bridge Road, with exceptional transport links (only a 10 Minute walk to Elephant and Castle, Borough, and London Bridge stations, with Bermondsey only 20 minutes). Southwark Park, Bermondsey Street, Borough Market, Maltby Street Market and the South Bank / Tate Modern Gallery are all within easy walking distance.

We are looking for a respectful, clean, and friendly working professional. The current tenants are: 2M 1F 24-33 years old, and all get along very well. The room itself overlooks our spacious south-facing garden which is great in the summer, and there are 2 showers and 2 toilets.

The contract will be for 3 months which will then turn into a rolling contract with a 1 months break notice.

We are looking to arrange viewings asap, to ensure things can be sorted no later than May 8th. We are happy to arrange video calls if an in person visit isn’t possible immediately.
