Due to an early return to my home country, I’m looking to transfer my tenancy for a fully furnished Classic Studio in Moonraker Point (SE1 0FN), a secure and official accommodation for King’s College London (KCL) students or other colleges' students.

Location: Zone 1, central London. Walking distance to KCL's Guys (10–15 mins), Waterloo (15 mins), and Strand campuses (around 22 mins).

Transport & Amenities: Excellent transport links and surrounded by all kinds of supermarkets—Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose, and Chinese grocery stores. There are four subway stations here—Southwark Station, Borough Station, Waterloo Station, London Bridge Station.

Building Facilities: Free access to table tennis and pool tables, on-site gym, laundry, and 24/7 security.

Room Type: Classic Studio, located on the 2nd floor. Comes with private kitchen and bathroom.

Availability: From beginning of June. Contract available until 6 September.

Rent: £300 per week including all bills (original price £477 pw on Unite Students website).

Extras: All furniture (for one person only), except for the washing machine (which is shared on the first floor and has twelve washing machines).

Priority given to long-term renters. Contract will be transferred officially through Unite Students.
