We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat near London Bridge!
The room itself is quite spacious and the location is very convenient if you working Central London with two amazing connects from either Borough or London Bridge Station being only 9 mins away.
It is located on the 4th floor facing the road with a fob activated door to the building. Looking for someone to resign with the other tenants into another year contract.
You’ll be living with two easy-going working professionals:
Both working in the hospitality/front of house industry so our work schedules change per week. Neither one of us WFH so if you do, you will have the flat most of the weekdays to yourself during the day.
It’s a relaxed and respectful household – definitely not a party flat during the week. Evenings are usually spent chilling, cooking, or watching Netflix.
The flat isn’t massive, so we’re mindful about keeping things quiet nearer to bedtime. Weekends are a lot more laid back then.
We all do our bit to keep the place clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who’s equally considerate about noise and general cleanliness.
No issues of mould and recently got our toilet replaced.
Location: Saintsbury is right across the road for shopping. 9 minutes walk from Borough Station and London Bridge Station.
Rent: 850 per month
Bills aren't included however it roughly comes to around £115-£130. Rough breakdown:
Council Tax - £50ish pps
Wifi - £11ish pps
Water £24ish pps
Electricity/Gas - £30ish pps
Documents Required:
ID (and right to rent code if applicable)
3 months payslips + bank statements
Previous Landlord reference
Furniture:
The bed, wardrobe and white cabinet drawers will stay. The desk chair and study table will be taken.
