-Only available to students currently studying in London
-Viewing (online or in-person) can be arranged after verifying student status
-Once confirmed:
1. Both email the accommodation to start the official sublet process
2. Incoming tenant pays £300 deposit to the current tenant
3. The accommodation sends a new contract to the incoming tenant
4. Tenant signs contract, creates an account, and pays the full rent upfront
5. After the 7-day cooling-off period, deposit is refunded by the current tenant
6. Any overpaid rent by the incoming tenant will also be refunded after the current tenant has received refunds.
