2nd room for rent

Hi there, room for rent in Waterloo in a great location. Sharing with myself, a 36 y. o male who is out of the house frequently and travels a bit.

I’ve recently decided I’m going to move back to Australia and have resigned from my job so currently working out a 6 month notice period at which time you can take on the lease yourself/ with someone or we can replace me with someone :)
Im super easy going and not a party child anymore, enjoy a good time largely during daylight hours or in the eve, at the gym or outside frequently / riding my bike.

Great flat with seperate bedrooms on each side of the flat. The 2nd room doesn’t share a wall with another flat (just below and above), it’s a very quiet room. The shower and toilet are also seperate. The kitchen is on the smaller side but gets the job done
The flat is largely furnished so need to discuss if any furniture needed. Brand new carpet.

Cleaner in every 3 weeks.

The room will probably just need some drawers and styling, I will likely pull the table out to put in the other room. Happy to discuss as needed.

Bills in addition. Pure gym just round the corner is great. Just behind the cut in Waterloo and the young Vic theatre.

Looking for a friendly positive housemate who has it together and is a good time, doesn’t mind a chat/ new friendship. London is a busy place and it’s nice to call this flat home and maybe you can also ☺️
