Spacious flat with garden

Bridgehouse Court is a wonderful place in Central London. Very peaceful, with a garden 🏡, lovely neighbours and very comfortable flat. I had an amazing stay there!!

Bedroom has a (very comfy) double bed 🛏️, plenty of storage space, 2 windows and is very spacious.

Bathroom is very clean and comfortable, bathtub is wonderful. Extracting fan and shower head recently replaced!

Kitchen has all amenities required (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.). Richard (the flatmate) has a lot of kitchen appliances to share!

Property has a shared garden 🌿 absolutely wonderful. Ideal for barbecues 🍗 in summer or having a few drinks with some friends.

Flat is very quiet, no noise from outside or surrounding pubs.

Richard is a great flatmate, very nice, very social, very accommodating and very efficient at sorting problems, whenever any. We got along and quickly had a few week-end trips together! I am glad to have had him as a flatmate! Works few minutes away.

Ideally located : 10min walk to Big Ben, 10min walk to Millenium Bridge and Tate Modern, 4 min walk to Southwark Station 🚇, 5 min walk to Waterloo station. There is a Tesco and Sainsbury's literally in front of the building door, open all the time, so convenient!

I was working in London on a temporary contract (French placement year) which is now coming to an end, so I am looking for someone to replace me! I will be sad to leave this wonderful place.
