Double room in central London flatshare

Looking for a female professional to take up a double room available from September 12* onwards!

The flat is located very centrally, with a 2-minute walk to Southwark station and a 10-minute walk to Borough station. The area is safe and quiet, and has many things to do (and eat) nearby :D

The flatmates are all women, clean and friendly :) Everyone has different schedules, but are very friendly when we meet in the kitchen and living room. We also support each other when needed.

The room itself is spacious and has storage spaces. All the furniture will stay in the room.

Bills are around £90-100 per month, and council tax is Band C. Each flatmate covers a type of bill, and the incoming flatmate is responsible for water bills (which is super easy!).

We will be doing viewings on Friday August 29 and the weekends of August 30 and 31. But also Monday August 25 and Thursday August 28 if need be.

*Please note that due to work/visa arrangements, I will only be able to confirm if the room will be available to you by August 31st. Depending on arrangements, the move-in date can be negotiated to be around September 10. Apologies for the uncertainty and inconvenience!
