I have a really large double room with private balcony available ASAP.

Room is fully furnished as per the pictures on the ad and has a generous private balcony for a bit of outdoor space.
There is a large communal garden visible from the balcony/bedroom window which you can also enjoy.

Property is a 3 bedroom flat with no living room - currently one male and one female tenant living there. Kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools so lovely little space to have dinner or connect with your housemates.

We’re providing a double bed, mattress, bedside table, desk, chest of drawers plus additional hanging rail. If you want any additional furniture then please do bring yourselves.

In terms of location this flat is literally a 2 minute walk to Southwark tube station, which has the Jubilee line.
Blackfrairs and London Bridge Stations are also 10-15 minutes away as well for trains to further afield.

This is a great flat in a great location so it won’t be available long.
