Friendly flat in Bermondsey

Hello everyone :)

We are looking for someone cool to come live with us on a really nice flat on a quiet road between London bridge and Bermondsey.
The room is a nice double room with en-suite. It comes fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

We are looking for someone in their twenties who values a clean house and who is up for not only living in the same house but also up for cooking together or grab a cheeky pint from time to time.

About us:

Jael is 26, from Switzerland (German speaking part), and recently moved to London to study international relations.
She's very active, loves doing sports and is always up for a chat.

Noé, 24, from Italy but spent most of his life in Switzerland (French speaking part), He moved to London to study music production and sound engineering
He loves everything about music, cooking and exploring London. Also always up for a chat or doing something together.

The room is 1175£/ month bills NOT included. They come at around 100£ a month.

We're looking for someone who can take the room from the 8th of November.
