Large double bedroom in zone 1 Southbank

Big double room with desk in a homely flat with a lovely shared living room and separate kitchen. The living room is a bit of a gem and there's also bike storage downstairs and a big drying room next door. There is one shared bathroom with shower and bath.

We are a friendly bunch and would be looking for someone similar to move in and get involved with social stuff. We all do our own thing and respect each other's space but do a lot of stuff together - hikes, pub trips, gigs etc etc. Would love to have someone move in who would want to get involved with that side of things. We all work 9-5 jobs in marketing/sustainability.

The flat is a 2 min walk away from Southwark station on the Jubilee line, an 8 minute walk to Waterloo station and 15 minute walk to London Bridge! The flat is ideal if you work in the city and are keen to walk to work.

Bills come to about £120 each extra a month at the moment (this includes our cleaner who comes every 2 weeks). Council tax band C (this figure is included in the total bills amount).
