Description
Looking for someone to replace me after living in this extraordinary flat for 2 years and loving every second of it. Moving as I'm seeking to be closer to work from early January.
The Flat -
A sizable double room in the heart of London, positioned perfectly to access all of London's most famous landmarks and excellent transport connections (Zone 1) to buses, Northern, Jubilee lines and National Rail with a 5 minute walk to Southwark tube station, and 10 minutes to London Bridge and Waterloo. Getting around is a real breeze.
The bedroom gets very good early morning sunlight to help you wake up, and blackout blinds to help you nod off. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed frame and mattress (honestly incredibly comfortable). The room is also very well insulated.
The kitchen is clean with all the basic white appliances and dishwasher. You'll get plenty of space in the integrated fridge freezer & cupboard units.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a decent sofa and dinning table.
The Local Area -
The nightlife and local area is vibrant with great restaurants and bars very close by along The Cut and Lower Marsh.
You'll be positioned very close to iconic museums (Tate Modern, Imperial War Museum, National Gallery) and theaters (National Theater, Young Queen Victoria, The Old Vic) for those in mind of enjoying London's live performance culture.
You have a great selection of local shops with 2 Tescos and Sainsburys all within 5 minutes of walking. There is a very affordable local gym close by within the rail arches.
The Flat is within a secure apartment complex with an intercom system, CCTV and bulky security doors equipped with bike racks and communal areas.
Cost -
Monthly Rent is £1,368.32.
Deposit is £1,287.5.
Bills are circa £180.
Council Tax is Band B.
Who you'll be living with -
You'll be living with Reece who works in the Construction / Energy industry. Looking to host viewings in the evening to make sure you can both meet beforehand.
You -
Suitable for a professional who is self sufficient, tidy, respectful and employed full-time outside the home (no fully remote workers, 2 days WFH max). You will be welcome to make the place your home.
The current lease agreement expires in May so looking for someone to cover until then. Moving in will be subject to the rental company's approval after pro forma vetting.
