Summer term let in south London

I’m subletting my fully furnished double room in a great London location near Elephant & Castle from May 1st to September 1st, or any time in between that( possibility of extending till Sept 20th). I'm pretty flexible, just reach out and we can figure out something that works for both of us.

The Room:
- double-size bedroom

- Fully furnished (ready to move in)

- Your own semi-private bathroom

- Quiet and comfortable for studying or working

The Flat:
- 3 flatmates total

- Spacious shared kitchen and living space

- Lovely private garden

- Free Parking available if needed

Clean, respectful household — looking for someone similar

Rent & Bills:
- £945 rent for the month

- £120-160 for bills (covers all utilities, WiFi and cleaner)

- Cleaner that comes in weekly

- Smaller deposit required to secure the room

Location:
- Just outside Zone 1, central London

- 10-minute bus ride to London Bridge Station

- 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station
