Two rooms in a lovely house in Bermondsey, SE1

I’ve just moved into a newly purchased three-bedroom house in Bermondsey, a three minute walk from the market square and around 25 minutes to London Bridge. I’m a 22 year old Australian graduate engineer working near London Bridge, and I’m looking for two clean, sociable flatmates, postgrad students or young professionals, to join the house.

There are two available bedrooms which share a bathroom between them only. One room is a full double with good storage, and the other is a single room with a small double bed, both bright even in winter.

The house has a large modern kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a sunny south facing garden with rear access and a barbecue, ideal for summer evenings and relaxed weekends at home.

I enjoy sport, pub trips, cooking, and generally keeping busy, and I’m looking for people who want a genuinely social household, dinners, drinks, and BBQs, but not a party house. I’m still furnishing the place, so there’s flexibility early on for furniture layout and even painting if someone wants to make the space their own.
