Hey! We have a bright double room available to rent in our friendly flat on the Southwark/Bermondsey border. Perfect spot if you want to be close to London Bridge (10–15 min walk) with loads of buses into Central London.

The flat’s got plenty of storage, a shared living room, and a balcony for chilling. There’s even on-street parking if you need it.

Bills aren’t included, but usually work out to about £100/month each when split between 3 of us. Plus, B Council Tax keeps it cheaper than most!

Maltby Street Market & Beer Mile – 5 min away 🍺

Canada Water Leisure Centre – mostly free for Southwark residents

Parks, gyms, cafés, and more just around the corner
