Beautiful Double Room 5 min walk from Southwark

Beautiful 2-bed flat, 5 mins walk from Southwark (one person already living here). The flat is split over two floors, and you’ll have the entire ground floor to yourself, with a bathroom right outside the bedroom.

The room is currently furnished with my furniture, which I’m happy to leave for a few months if helpful, or remove straight away if you prefer. The bathroom is a wet room with a fan installed.

There’s a shared living space upstairs with a kitchen and large fridge, plus a balcony with a view of The Shard. The building is very secure and has a concierge on site from 9am–6pm. There’s also a separate storage room where laundry can be done and where you can keep personal items.

Bills usually come to around £170–£190 per month and include WiFi, electricity, and council tax. The deposit is roughly £1,700.

You’re also perfectly located, Pret and Sainsbury’s are a 2-minute walk away, and The Cut is right nearby with Gail’s, pubs, great coffee spots, and wine bars.

The tenancy runs until August, but we’d likely look to extend if you get on well with the flatmate.

The current flatmate is a 29-year-old woman from the US who works near London Bridge. She enjoys Pilates, spin classes, and walks in the park, very friendly and easy to live with. apologies for the mess as well, in a slight rush!!
