Bedrooms in Friendly Central London House Share

Hi there!

Our housemates Abby and Harry are very sadly leaving us. So two of the four rooms in our share house are becoming available from the 1st of March.

The house is in such a central location - 2 minutes walk from Southwark tube (Jubilee), 10 minutes to Waterloo, 10 minutes walk from the Southbank and 10 minutes walk to Borough Market.

We love our house and all of its perks! We have a big kitchen with separate washer and tumble dryer, a dishwasher, barbecue (in our garden), 2 bathrooms (with bathtubs), a neighbours cat (Angel) who regularly pays us a visit, & ofc a vegetable spirilizer - pretty much everything you could want! Also- we have recently had the whole house repainted so it’s as good as new.

We have a really generously sized lounge room which opens up to our patio garden. Each bedroom is on its own floor, so it’s pretty private too!

The rooms available are different sizes and prices, both come with a double bed & built in wardrobe, a dresser and bedside table.

House comes complete with 2 lovely housemates (1 girl, 1 guy), both professionals. We are looking for someone similar who would be up for the odd pub drink and some Netflix nights. We all get along really well! We are a super independent bunch but do enjoy spending time together where we can in our busy schedules. We are LGBTQ+ friendly 🫶

Nancy (me) works in the charity sector. I am Italian and in my free time I love taking long walks, reading, travelling and I am always keen for a drink or to watch a movie together.

Lorenzo is a physiotherapist, and he's from Italy too. He's a sports enthusiast, into powerlifting, basketball, and surfing. When he’s not working, he’s exploring London’s food scene, catching a movie, or listening to music.

Bills not included but at most around 130/month (cleaner included, council tax band E)

We are doing viewings on Thursday the 22nd and Friday the 23rd in the evening.
