Room in friendly flat in Waterloo/Southwark

Hi guys!

Sadly I’m moving out of the city and so have to leave my room here. It’s a lovely place I enjoyed call ling home.

The location is incredible! Close to both the jubilee and both branches of the northern line as well as the Bakerloo, all within a 1o minute walk. Plus right by the south bank. And there’s no need for a deposit which is such a bonus!

You’ll be living with Michael who is a political strategist and all round good egg. We’ve been friends for over a decade now and I can’t vouch for him enough. He’s 30, Greek, and a political and economic advisor. He’s very house trained and tbh just a really great flatmates all round.

Move in date is flexible. I’m happy to move out early for the right person but also happy to stay for the next couple of months for tue right person too. The main thing is just to find somebody who gels well in the flat and is lovely!
