I have a king bedroom available in a fully furnished 2-bed flat. It features a King-size bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and an additional cupboard. There is plenty of floor space for a full-sized desk if you work from home, a desk and chair can be arranged if required. The room is bright with a large window and plenty of storage.

Rent: £1,350 per month.

All-Inclusive: This covers all bills (Council Tax, utilities, high-speed WiFi).

Cleaning: A professional cleaner comes every 2 weeks (included in the price).

Location: Kennington/Camberwell (SE5). Excellent transport links and close to local parks and pubs.

This isn’t a “room-only” house; it’s a proper home.

Living/Dining: A large, fully decorated living room with a dining table that comfortably seats 4 easily but can expand for a dinner party.

Kitchen: A clean fully kitted galley kitchen with a double oven and dishwasher, dulce gusto coffee machine and washer.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower (no bath).

Outdoors & Extras: Access to a lovely shared garden (which I look after) and a private, locked cupboard for bike storage.

I’m a 28-year-old gay doctor. I’m relaxed, clean, and enjoy a mix of social time (tv and a glass of wine, dinner, movie nights) and respecting each other’s downtime.
