There's a shared kitchen with a washing machine, toilet with shower and bathtub, and a laundry drying room, too. Ideal for those who like having their own space but still enjoy a friendly hello in the kitchen. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, and the one shown in the photos is available.

🙂 The Flatmates
There are three other flatmates (2 female, 1 male) from England, America, and Poland, each in their 20s and currently students in their final year at university. They're very easygoing and always happy to help. Non-smokers, no pets. LGBTQ+ friendly!

✅️ Requirements
Below are the details required by the landlord for the 6-month tenancy contract:

✔️ Current landlord reference and an employer reference (if in employment)

✔️ Last 3 months of bank statements

✔️ Hard copy of the signed and independently witnessed Gurantor Agreement (this form will be provided by the landlord) OR signed agreement to pay 6-months rent in advance.
