Room Available - Tenancy Takeover - Zone 1 London

I am looking for a replacement tenant( students only) to take over my contract at Manna Ash House until 17 August 2026.

• £380 per week
• Ensuite room in shared flat
• All bills included
• Zone 1 location (SE1), 3 minutes away from Southwark Station
• Students only
• Managed by Sanctuary Students

Room Details:
• Private ensuite bathroom
• Fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, storage)
• Shared modern kitchen with flatmates(most flatmates will be gone)
• All bills included (water, electricity, heating, WiFi)
• On-site laundry and communal areas
• Secure entry and student-only building
• Kitchen cleaned every two weeks and bins taken out every two days

This is an official tenancy takeover managed by Sanctuary Housing Association (Sanctuary Students).
The new tenant will sign a contract directly with them and must be approved.

Deposit Information:
There is no traditional deposit. A £400 advance rent payment is required by the accommodation provider, which is deducted from your first rent instalment.

You cannot sublet privately-everything is processed officially through the accommodation office.
