Move-in date is flexible. If you’re looking for a longer stay, the rent can be negotiated (happy to offer a discount haha).
The flat is a 6-person ensuite: you’ll have your own private bathroom, with a shared kitchen. The flatmates are all very friendly (3 girls and 2 boys; only one is international, the rest are Chinese).
The reception is very convenient for parcel collection. If anything needs repairing, you can report it through the apartment app and it gets fixed quickly. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, M&S, and Tian Tian (Chinese supermarket).
I’m a student at KCL Waterloo campus, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. I’m planning to return to China early, so I’m looking to sublet my room. The contract ends on 5 September, and according to apartment rules, the tenancy must run until that date.
