I am looking for a replacement tenant as I need to return to Korea earlier than planned.

£300 per week (bills included) – negotiable

📅 Period:
27 May 2026 – 5 September 2026

🏠 Room & Facilities:
- Private: Super single bed, en-suite bathroom & shower, kitchen, desk, chair, microwave, fridge, stove, etc.
- Shared: Laundry room, lounge (sofa & TV), study room, etc.

I can also leave some of my personal items for free if needed.
