The room gets plenty of natural light and has generous floor space, easily enough room for a sofa or small work-from-home setup if you'd like to make the space your own. It comes semi-furnished with a double bed and small cupboard, and happy to discuss the furniture shown in the pictures.

The flat is peaceful, clean, and respectful. Everyone enjoys having a friendly atmosphere while also respecting each other's personal space. It's the kind of home where you'll have a chat in the kitchen, but everyone also values a relaxed and quiet environment after work.

- Bills split equally between tenants (usually around £100–150 pcm depending on usage)
