We are looking for someone to take my room in our wonderful flat, as I am relocating to Leeds for a new job. The flat is very spacious two-bed, located right next to Tower Bridge on the Thames, and you will have your own master bathroom.
You will be living with Shaun, who works in advertising tech, and is a personable, respectful and all-round nice human being. Shaun is originally from Dublin, likes to go to the gym, and is a massive Arsenal fan!
I am physically moving out on August 25. We can flexibly agree a date for you to assume the lease - the earliest you can move in would be August 26.
*Water bill is paid by the landlord.
