We are sadly losing 1 of our flatmates leaving a spacious double bedroom up for grab, from beginning of August.
What Makes This Place Special:
Perfect Location . Super central (you can’t beat being just a few steps away from Borough Market/Borough Yards and London Bridge), while being next to the Thames, though still on a quiet street. The neighbourhood is quite trendy with plenty of nice bars and restaurants opening. Whether you need to catch a train, grab a coffee, or stock up on fresh produce, everything is super close and convenient.
Very well connected:
5 min walk to London Bridge Station (Jubilee/Northern lines; Train)
5 min walk to Cannon Street Station ((District / Circle lines: Train)

Super nice living / dining room + garden:
Probably best part of the flat-share is the house itself (house and not flat actually!), with a very spacious open-floor plan living / dining room / kitchen (all equipped), with wooden floor and a lot of lights (thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows), and a really nice terrace and garden, quite rare to find in such a central location.
Also the house has been renovated in summer 2023, so feels super nice and clean (the photos give an idea but it feels even bigger in person).
There is plenty of space (the house is ~140sqm shared with 4 flatmates in total – including you), and ample storage space.

Living here is really amazing. It is a super lively and friendly area, with so much to do and see (Borough Market is next door, Tate Modern is very close). The location is fantastic for getting around, while the house feels like a peaceful haven in the heart of the City.

You would share the house with 3 people - one Italian girl (40yo) working in Management consulting, one French guy (35yo) working in Finance, one Romanian guy working in FinTech.
We would ideally like to have someone that we could share beers/drinks/dinner with when we are not all working or travelling, but who would also be clean and respectful.
* Rent: £1275 per month (excl. bills, but the house is quite well insulated so bills are quite reasonable - around £150 per month)
* Cleaner: £15 every weeks per tenant
