Large sunny double room in Camberwell

I'm a semi retired architect living a (fairly) well organised flat in Camberwell, looking to let my second bedroom weekdays between Monday - Friday.

You could have the room between 20.30 on Sunday evenings until 10.30 on the following Friday morning. Friends and/or family sometimes stay over the weekend, however you would be able to leave any clothes or belongings in the room over the weekend. There are no locks on any of the doors.

The rent includes bills, cleaning, bedlinen and towels.

We'd share the bathroom and kitchen, where you'd have the use of your own fridge, the washing machine, your own cupboard and kitchen implements. There's also a yard/garden to the rear which residents can use (and plant things by agreement with others)

The flat's quite quiet. I usually leave quite early in the morning (and go to bed fairly early), so I'm looking to share with someone who's working - either a professional or mature student, who's also quite quiet and wants to go about their business.
