The flat is very large - 2000 sq ft and arranged over two floors. There are three terraces, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths along with a big kitchen and lounge area.

You would be sharing with one full time person (myself) and another Mon-Fri lodger who is rarely about. The flat is very quiet and would suit another quiet person

Transport wise its 8-10 mins to Waterloo on the bus, or 10mins walk to Kennington tube and Elephant and Castle is 5 mins on the bus (Bakerloo and Northern lines as well as over ground train service). London bridge takes under 20mins. I work in Canary Wharf and its an easy trip via the tube from southwark or london bridge (takes 30-40mins). Its also very easy to get to the west end - covent garden is about 20mins on the bus and Bank is 20/25mins.
