Hi! I am looking for a flatmate for my double room in my modern, spacious, light, well located flat in Southwark. The flat has a private balcony and a large communal roof terrace with views over London. The flat is available from the 1st July, but I am looking to find a tenant as soon as possible!

The double bed room comes fully furnished, has a built in wardrobe good quality chest of draws, mirror, bedside cabinet, shoe storage unit and T. V. aerial point. The rent includes bills, which are high-speed broadband Internet, utilities and council tax.

The flat is very secure and spacious. It has an open planned kitchen, living room and dinning room and a large bathroom. The flat is fully equipped with quality furnishings.
The flat is brilliantly located within walking distance of the Southbank, The Tate and Borough Market.
I am looking for a responsible, sociable, clean and fun flat mate preferably in his/her twenties. I am a 24-year-old professional who is friendly, outgoing and tidy.
