A double bedroom in a flat share with 2 professionals. Although there is no communal lounge, the room has enough space to entertain people. The room is ideally located on the south side of Blackfriars Bridge. The block of flats has a 24 hour concierge. We also have an additional toilet as well as the one bathroom including the shower.

It's an 8 min walk to Fleet Street and 10 mins to St Pauls, putting it within easy reach of the City. Blackfriars and Southwark station are within 5 mins walk, giving easy access to the Circle, District and Jubilee line. Waterloo station is within a 10 min walk.

The flat comes with a large bed, desk and an inbuilt double wardrobe.

The two flatmates both work at banks in the City and as a result the flat is very relaxed and quiet throughout the week. We both work relatively long hours and so appreciate our own downtime during the evenings and weekends - and would prefer the new flatmate to be similar.
