The bedroom is an en-suite double (shower only) with a built-in wardrobe and is furnished.
This place is ideal for a young and dynamic 20something working in the City, Canary Wharf or Mayfair (Jubilee line/Northern Line, Buses, easy walking and/or cycling).

I work long hours during the week and look for a like minded person to split the rent and bills.

Your share of the rent would be £1000pcm, payable to the landlady, 1st of each month.

Bills come at around £130pcm (payable to me, 1st of each month) and include Council Tax, broadband, power/water, cleaning person 3h a week.
