Feel like at home!:-)

I have a lovely, cosy, clean, comfortable room to rent for 1-2 people. The area is quiet, with great transport, the apartment is located close big shops (Tesco, Asda), post office, Burgess Park. It is 20 min walk to the Tower Bridge & LDN bridge.
The flat is fully equipped and with a huge, magic flowery balcony. It has a big, separate, clean kitchen with all amenities. In the room for rent there is a double comfy bed, a huge wardrobe, a desk, bookshelf, an armchair, 2 types of lightening. The window is facing a green balcony.
The best:
Proximity to all the beautiful places in London (great transport), to Peckham which is a great area with many trendy bars, or to Bermondsey with fancy restaurants, or to the Burgess Park. My neighbours are nice and not intrusive.
PS There is a cat in the flat. He is a very quiet, mostly sleeping on the sofa:-) not aggressive, barely interacting and never accessing the rented room.

Next to the house there is a bus stop with buses:
21 to London Bridge, Stoke Newington
78 to Liverpool Street, Shoredith
168 to Camden
53, 453 to Trafalgar Square
63, 363 to Kings Cross
- or the other way to Lewisham, Peckham, Deptford, New Cross

The closest tube station (all buses but 21, 78 is 7 minutes away- Elephant& Castle or London Bridge (21 bus).
