The room is very large, fully furnished with desk, very large wardrobe, bedside table, chair etc. There is no sitting room, but a table in the kitchen and your room is big enough to relax in.

The apartment is located at the end of The Cut, where there are a number of pubs, restaurants and theatres. You are 1 min from Southwark tube, 5 mins walk from Waterloo station, 15 mins walk from London Bridge, and 20 minutes walk from the City. Perfect if you don't like the tube! You would struggle to be more central! The area is very well lit, just off the main roads, and very safe to walk to any time of day or night. It is moments away from Tescos + Sainsburys.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of the block of flats, in Rowland Hill House, with double security doors, a lift, and double glazing throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked. You just need to bring yourself!

I am moving out only because I am moving abroad for work.

The term is 12 months, but can end whenever you like by finding someone else to move in.

The flat has fibre optic broadband, and bills cost roughly £60 per month.
