The house & bedroom are fully furnished. Good size kitchen, big living room with dinning area, garden with bbq, bathroom & toilet separate. The house is next to Blackfriars Road but on a square so it's very quiet.

Very central location:
- 1-minute walk to Southwark station
- 6-minute walk to Waterloo station
- 12-minute walk to London Bridge
- 24/7 buses
- at the start of The Cut, all amenities around (Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S), coffee places, many pubs and restaurants
- walking distance to Borough Market and even Maltby Street Market
- the riverside is a few minutes walk away
- if you like art: many theatres around (Young Vic, Old Vic, National Theatre), the Tate Modern is 5 minutes away, IMAX, BFI, Southbank centre...
You can basically walk almost everywhere!
