Looking for super chill, considerate flatmate for a large room with views of the park & London skyline.
If all goes well, you'll be living with me & Sam!
I split my time between working as a tour guide, volunteering at an Oxfam book shop & working from home on artistic endeavours, whilst Sam is moving from working in media to working with dogs.
We don't have pets, though we have fostered cats in the past & occasionally host Sam's work dogs for a day or two.
We both enjoy cooking, cycling, films & cheap wine.

While couples will be considered, there will be a £80 pcm surcharge for couples too cover extra costs, however a big factor in suitability will be the nature of people's work schedules & extent of WFH, mostly so we're not competing for the shower!

Room is about 3x4m in size, has a lockable door, large double-glazed window and comes with a king size bed, large wardrobe, desk & chair.

Living room has a sofa, TV, bookshelf & dining table, and connects to balcony, kitchen & rooftop fire escape.

Bathroom & two separate toilets.

Washing machine, dish washer, ceiling mounted drying rack & tumble dryer (ideally for emergencies only).

Garage for extra storage; stockpile of loo roll & bicycles.

Playground, exercise equipment & ping-pong tables in park directly outside.
2 min walk from corner shop, chippy & Jiu Jitsu studio.

Fibre internet, TV license, & bills/council tax included (Southwark band B rate).
