You'll get a well-looked after and newly decorated one bed studio flat with separate brand new kitchen, bathroom in clean and good working condition.

Quirky and upcoming area conveniently located on the walking/cycle quiet route between the city and Bermondsey, lots of convenience stores, supermarkets, small restaurants and the fabulous Cafe Crol&Co. next door.

You'll have full use of our place including towels, bedding, a fully fledged kitchen.

Rent advertised is exclusive of bills. If you're looking to rent short term, bills will be included at an extra cost of around 150 PCM (depending on consumption and if you're a student) Bills include: Internet, water, council tax, gas, electric, netflix etc. Deposit five weeks' rent payable prior to move in.
