Hello! We are two flatmates living between Liverpool Street and Aldgate East looking for a third flatmate for a one-year tenancy. We have lived in this apartment for a year and are renewing our contract (our third flatmate is moving back to Paris). One of us works in a law firm in the city; the other works in an asset management firm. We are looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed, tidy, and enjoys ending the day with Netflix :).
The apartment has a large living room and kitchen with great natural light. It is split over two floors, with the bedroom on offer as one of two situated on the second floor. The flat has one bathroom and a separate toilet. It is within 5-10 minutes walking distance of both stations as well under five minutes away from Spitalfields market.
The room is spacious, warm, and has a great view of the Gherkin and cityscape. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, storage cupboard, and desk and chair. It is quiet both during the day and at night.
Tenancy is done through an efficient agency. Bills are not included in the rent - a rough estimate is around £35/month (per person) in total for gas/water/electricity. Council tax is also not included, which is roughly the same / slightly below.
