En-suite, spacious double bedroom in Spitalfields

Hey there, I'm looking for a flatmate for the en-suite room in the 2-beds 2-bath flat I live in :)

About the flat and the room
The flat is a 10 min walk from Liverpool St Station and 3 min walk from Shoreditch High Street Station. It's tucked away from the main road, so very quiet.
The place is beautiful, I think the pictures speak for themselves :) It’s on the fourth floor of a five-storey building with a lift, has a large living room, a balcony, and spacious layout.
The available room is an en-suite, comes with a recently bought bouclè double bed with under-bed storage, a big built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a desk. I live in the other bedroom, which has a separate bathroom.

About me
I am 31 and work as a Management Consultant, mixing home and office days. I am extremely clean and tidy and I keep the place very very neat, so I'm definitely hoping to find someone that like me is very clean and tidy. I am also a Pilates teacher, and I teach in my free time :)

Other details
The room will be available from June 1st (but my current flatmate can be flexible with timings, like a week either side) and the contract is for 12 months.
The rent is pretty incredible for this location and quality, it's because I’ve been here for a while and kept the place in top condition, so the landlord has offered a great deal over the years.
