I'm looking for a new flatmate for the en-suite room, as my current flatmate is moving out.
About the flat and the room
The flat is a 10 minute walk from Liverpool St Station and 3 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street Station. It's tucked away from the main road, so very quiet.
The flat is beautiful, and the pictures speak for themselves :) It’s on the fourth floor of a five-storey building with a lift, has a large living room, a balcony, and a great layout.
The room is an en-suite and has a really nice bouclè double bed that has been recently bought with under-bed storage, a very big closet, two bedside tables and a desk. I live in the other bedroom, which has a separate bathroom.
About me
I am 30 and work as a Management Consultant, working from home and sometimes from the office. I am extremely clean and tidy and I keep the place very very neat, so I definitely am looking for someone that like me is very clean and tidy. I am also a Pilates teacher, and I teach in my free time :)

The room will be available from June, and the contract runs for 12 months.
You’ll be shocked to hear that the current rent is actually £1,200 - which is incredible for the location and quality, but as I’ve been here for a while and kept the place in top condition, the landlord has offered a great deal over the years. That said, I’m currently renegotiating the lease, and there’s always a possibility that the rent might go up slightly to bring it more in line with the market - so I marked it as 1,400. That’s just an estimate though, and it could end up a bit higher or lower - or perhaps stay the same as today.
