Good wifi and workspace to wfh. Loads of East End action, food and culture at your doorstep. If you prefer to hang in, the cozy studio has amenities to cook a simple meal and relax with smartTV or a good book.

LOFT
Our spacious north facing loft has a fully private guest room where you will be staying. Large windows bring lots of natural light throughout the day. We are on the 1st floor and have a lift/elevator to easy travellers with heavy luggage. Our neighbours are quiet and friendly.

Internet speeds: 200mbs upload + 65mbs download.

STUDIO
The fully private cosy space has a private entrance next to the lift. It comes with a double bed with feather or Hypoallergenic duvet and pillows and a closet with plenty of hangers and drawers, a desk, sofa, Ligne Roset lounge chair and Vitra EA desk chair and many maps and guides to help you on your travels around London.

There is a 40inch flat screen Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer. Feel free to download your preferable apps.

En suite bathroom is fully private with lock and south facing window. Shower only. Malin & Goetz products.

There is mini fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, single burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, and basic utensils. Tea and coffee provided.

A single floor mattress available if you have an overnight guest.

All bed and bath linens provided. 400 thread count Dusk and John Lewis linens.

Laundry: Washing machine and dryer are next door in main kitchen.

The studio is yours alone. I live next door.

I am American born freelancer who works in fashion and advertising. I work from home, in the lounge on other side of your door. I have a 8 year old female whippet, Bunny, who is well behaved, and quiet. I am in a quieter chapter of life but I still like to have fun. I do yoga/pilates and gym, like to travel, make dinner with friends, occasional night out dancing. Travel, art, fashion and cinema are big parts of my life.

Longer term guests can have access to lounge and the main kitchen which is just next door. Need to discuss specifics.

I am looking for someone with a full-time job or full-time studies, who is looking for a quiet home. Not looking for someone who wants to bring the party home.
Prefer professionals that work in office for long-term stays.

Please note: We are centrally located in the heart of Shoreditch/Spitalfields, Zone 1. It is a busy area day and night and our street has a very urban feel. You will hear street noise in our flat, especially on the weekends. We provide ear plugs, but I would not recommend our place for the extremely noise sensitive.

There are steps in the lobby and 3 steps to flat door; the building is not handicap accessible.
