In the Petticoat lane market area just south of Spitalfields market. 5 minute walk to Liverpool Street station, 7 minutes to Aldgate East or 10 to Shoreditch High Street overground, 2 mins to Brick Lane and Spitalfields. 10 minute walk to the heart of Shoreditch.

Great area for supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, takeaway, gyms, art galleries, the river and access to the City of London.

Super fast fibre broadband (350Mbps) and a cleaner every 2 weeks.

Characterful 4 bed, living/dining room, big bathroom with full size bath and separate shower cubicle, additional 2nd toilet, small kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, gas central heating, double glazing, solid built old house.

Looking for 1 x professional, working (Not WFH ideally) house mate.

Present house hold is me, chilled, down to earth, youthful outlook for my age, recently went to college to study art, mid 40’s work in film, enjoy art, films, music and the local area. 2nd housemate is a 22 year old male German fashion student. 3rd housemate is a 28 year old female Scottish professional working for the NHS.
