Double room in 2-bed flat to rent in Spitalfields

Hello!

I'm a 26-year old Data Scientist, an am quite into rock climbing, music, and video games. I'm looking for someone that's relaxed and sociable, as well as respectful of the shared spaces.

I am looking for a new flatmate to replace my friend who is moving back home. It is a double room in a 2-bed flat with a separate shared lounge and a kitchen. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a chair. The computer screen and lamp are mine but you would be able to use them :)

The flat is just next to Spitalfields market, and within 5-10 minute walk from: Shoreditch High Street (overground), Aldgate East (district, circle), and Liverpool St Station (loads of stuff).

Bills are not included, and amount to about £160 per month - this is including Council Tax (band B). I have been living here for the past 3 years and have good report with the landlords - never had an issue.
