I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite bedroom in our amazing flat in Spitalfields E1. The bedroom is brightly lit, with built in wardrobes and a large ensuite with bath tub. Gallery kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher and large communal lounge & dining area. You'll be sharing with 2 awesome girls, British & French who are both working professionals. We're looking for someone who is also a working professional, non-smoker, is sociable and up for hanging out sometimes or have dinner together on the rooftop terrace.

Bills are not included but have been set up already incl. council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi & cleaner (bi-weekly).

Laura - Hiya! I am relatively new to London as I moved in Jan 24. I work in an event agency and am passionate about my job. I love music, I play the guitar and sing on my spare time and love going to gigs with friends. My upcoming gigs as a vibe check: Maro, Jacob Collier, Leprous. A bit niche maybe, but I listen to loads of genres. I love working out and practice yoga, pilates, HIIT, bouldering and any sports that I encounter.

Sam - Hi! I'm Sam, I've lived in London for quite a while but I come from Shrewsbury. I'm an architect working in a London architect firm. I love reading, design, travelling (at the moment we speak, I'm hiking a section of the Camino!). I like hanging out in the flat but also have my calm moments in my room where I practice yoga and meditate.
My ideal flatmate: someone friendly, clean and that likes living in a community 😊 Bonus if you're pumped for a hike!
