Hello humans of spare room,
My room in Spitalfields will be available from Saturday 24th January until Saturday 7th / 14th February - two / three weeks in total - flexible on dates (2 week minimum - can extend to up to 3 weeks)
It is a large room with plenty of natural light, and a short walk to Shoreditch High street and Liverpool Street stations.
Brick lane and Spitalfields Market are on your doorstep, it is a lively and vibrant area, but the property is on a quiet street.
Unusually for the area, there are also gardens attached, 'Elder Gardens' which are available to use, and gets the sun in the morning.
I am going to my home town for various family commitments and looking for someone to take over part of the rent for a few weeks
There is one housemate, who is quiet, professional and respectful, and I will be looking for someone similar. The flat is clean and tidy, and a wonderful space.
