Double Bedroom in Spitalfields (E1)-Viewings 25/09

Hi all! We are looking for a new flatmate to join our shared flat in Spitalfields from 10th October (or 8th at the earliest) on.

We are 4 professionals in our 30s working in various industries. The flat is usually pretty quiet as we all have our individual schedules, but we do also enjoy the occasional coffee or pint together.

The flat is on the first floor in a very central but quiet area right next to Spitalfields market, only a 5 min walk away from Liverpool Street, Aldgate East and Brick Lane. It has five rooms, a nice kitchen and a comfy living-room overlooking the City buildings. It’s also got a bathroom, a separate toilet and a separate shower room.

The room itself is quite spacious and has a big window. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves and is £710 a month plus bills, which are usually between £60 and £90 (and include a weekly cleaner), plus Council tax (£29 a month).
