This is a stunning bedroom located on the top floor of the apartment building as part of a 2 Bed 2 Bath. It comes fully furnished with appliances and you have your own washroom even if it isn't en-suite (as in the pictures).

**The Property - 2 Bed Apartment**
This is a professional household and is perfect for anyone wishing to have a quiet and tidy environment. Your housemate works in the city and goes into work most days and would prefer someone who respects boundaries and keeps to their own for the most part.

**Location – Near Spitalfields market**
One of the most well connected areas in the city - Liverpool Street Station, Aldgate and Aldgate East are all 5 minutes away or less.

There is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes on your doorstep. Loads of food markets open up in the week. Also, Spitalfields market is a treasure trove for food and shopping. There's a Sainsbury’s is downstairs too!

**House Details**
The house comes fully furnished as shown in the pictures. The TV and desk in the room are mine and go with me however. There is also a new washer dryer, integrated dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space (two wardrobes in the room and more in the living room). There are two balconies on either side of the house and the bigger balcony is great for hosting people or just soaking in the sun in the summer.

**The Rooms**
The wardrobe doors in the room are broken and are being replaced by the agency but they are still usable. Bedroom comes with two more wardrobes, a mirror, memory foam mattress and a bedside table. The bills aren't included with the room and are split equally every month. We pay for council tax, gas, water, electricity and WiFi.
