I’m Sophie, and I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in my gorgeous, spacious Spitalfields/Shoreditch flat — just 2 mins from Aldgate East station (10 mins from Liverpool Street station), Spitalfields Market, and Brick Lane.

My current flatmate (and brother) is moving out with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone cool to take over his room :).

- Bright, spacious room with exposed brick, two big windows, and lots of natural light
- Thick walls — perfect for WFH or quiet time
- You’ll have your own large bathroom (with a bathtub!)
- Gorgeous open kitchen and a cozy shared living room — ideal for cooking, chatting, or relaxing with a cuppa ☕
- Semi-furnished, modern building with lift access and great panoramic views of the city/sunset
- Super central — walkable to Liverpool Street station (10mins) & Aldgate East station (2mins)

Rent & Bills:

- Rent: £1,600/month
- Bills: about £125–£185/month (cheaper in summer)
- Deposit: £1,846
- Available from December (flexible move-in).
- The current lease runs until June 2026 with option to renew.

About Me:
I’m 29, half-German half-Vietnamese, and work in finance. I’ve been in London since 2018 and living in Shoreditch 3+ years; I love the area and am sure you will too! I’m sociable, tidy, and love a chat, dinner, or Netflix night — but also value downtime and personal space. I’m ideally looking for a female professional (non-smoker), who’s friendly, clean, and considerate :).

- No couples or pets
- Landlord requires professional references & right-to-rent checks
- Lovely, responsive/helpful landlord (honestly the best I’ve had in London!)
- Safe, modern building with lift near great cafes, shops, and restaurants (happy to share recs 😄)
