Move in 20th dec onwards.
We are looking for a 3rd replacement flatmate as our current one is moving in with her partner.
We are looking for someone in their mid to late 20s as we are both 29 and 27. Someone who has lived with people before and is super clean and chill! We both like to hang out sometimes but also give each other personal space.
Linda works in the office every day and I am wfh 3 days a week.
The flat:
24 hour concierge who can help with parking, parcels and security.
Ground floor flat ( we have tinted privacy windows so no one can look in and is also sound proof )
Opposite Spitalfields market. Very convenient. 5-10 mins walk to Liverpool street station
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with 1 person only.
We only have a tiny dining area.

Rent is £970 excl bills which is around £100 a month
People
Me (Alyssa) works in e-commerce and fashion. Linda works in finance. I have lived in this flat for 4 years and Linda for 2. We are both super chill and respectable of each others privacy.
